Natural Mushroom Bruscetta

So simple and uncomplicated anyone can do it, idea that is great for breakfast or just a rapid snack. Mushrooms are a fantastic source of protein as well as organic ones always taste much better. Try your best to source them locally.

What you’ll need:

100 gm button mushroom

4 huge field mushroom

Hundred gm Enoki mushroom

1 bunch of thyme

1 bunch of rosemary

Fifty gm shredded Gruyere cheese

One loaf of Ciabatta

Coconut oil

salt and Pepper

Remove the stalk from the field mushroom and Visit Website discard. In the centre of the mushroom place shredded Gruyere cheese and cover the bottom and top freely in butter. Season to taste and set in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately ten mins or even until soft
